The first visit, very friendly service, clean place, simple but incredibly good food, my family and I will definitely be back. Be warned, order a tray for two, because there's so much and it's so good, you'll be full! I got a recommendation from a friend; I laughed, but it's true! Aaaaahhhh, stunning views, and the outdoor back terrace, incredible!!!

The best pizzas I've ever had, without a doubt, and the pasta is amazing! Large portions and high-quality ingredients; you can tell they know what they're doing! The service is unbeatable, and the views from the terrace in the summer are amazing. I'll definitely be back.

Site 10, the owner is very friendly, the food is spectacular, and the place is very quiet. Don't overdo it because the portions are huge. For two people, a pizza and a pasta dish is already a lot, although you can order it to go.

This place, La Penya de Talarn, is located in the town of Talarn, the same town that gives its name to the Talarn hydroelectric dam with its body of water, the Pantà de Sant Antoni. The food at the restaurant in question has a lot in common with the dam. The Pantà de Sant Antoni has an area of ​​927 hectares and a total volume of 227 hm³. These dimensions correspond to 50% of the volume and surface area of ​​the pasta dishes served at La Penya de Talarn. Due to these impressive features of the pasta dishes, the veteran and expert owners of the place employ a heavy transport vehicle to move the huge plates of pasta from the kitchen to the customer's table. In a simple but very effective process, La Penya restaurant converts the total power of 30 megawatts, which the company operating the dam makes exclusively available to the kitchen through a direct connection, into the alternative energy source for the pasta. The Penya de Talarn thus functions as a hybrid power plant with a 100% performance. So, La Penya de Talarn produces a cumulative power of 208 gigawatt hours in the form of pasta dishes annually. The gigantic pasta dishes served at La Penya have given the restaurant a supra-regional influence in competitive sports. It is said that all the winners of the Ultrapallars360 since the first edition have eaten one of these superlative pasta dishes on the eve of the competition. Legend also has it that a legendary hiker from Talarn once conquered Pic del Boumort (2,076 meters) 15 times in a single day without eating anything, after devouring a plate of pasta in La Penya. Highly recommend the place, they don't have Italian beer.

When I read in the reviews that the pasta plates at La Penya were gigantic, it was immediately clear that I had to treat myself to one. After this celebratory supper, the climb to the summit of Boumort only had a peripheral impact on me. Afterwards I stayed at Sort's Rock Dur all night long. The only drawback: no Italian beers on offer.

Very generous portions of pasta, you can almost share it with 3 people, and my discovery was the wild boar pizza, it was crazy good!!!

The wild boar pizza is delicious, the homemade pasta is superb, the staff is unbeatable, and the views from the terrace are gorgeous. A must-visit place, 100%.

Quality products where the care and craftsmanship are evident. Pastas and pizzas you'll never tire of. Be careful on busy days, as they may take a while, but it's worth it.
